NSW: Man charged over 1996 bombing of Coffs Harbour building

A Coffs Harbour man has been charged with the 1996 bombing of the town's Department
of Community Services office.

A police spokesman says ROBERT WILLIAM GLOVER, aged 48, was arrested at his Coffs Harbour
home shortly after 1pm today.

He's been charged with malicious damage by explosion.

The police spokesman says the building had been set alight by explosion on August 3, 1996.

The man was refused bail in Coffs Harbour Local Court and will reappear there tomorrow morning.

Nobody was injured in the explosion.
